It has 6 eggs! Am I supposed to eat the whole thing in one setting or is this a meal for four???

i would like to start with keto diet, but the problem with me is i cant do exercise as i hve spur in my heels n cant walk normally, second i have shoulder pain on the verge of frozen shoulder but i m on physio therapy for both ….Your diet suggests heavy exercise….please give me some alternative for this…i walk for 2.5 kms thats the only exercise i do….waiting for you suggestions…

80% of weight loss actually comes from diet alone. If you stick to a Keto diet, you can absolutely still see drastic results. I would talk to your doctor about what exercise would be appropriate to incorporate!
