INGREDIENTS

10 large mint leaves
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 tsp So Nourished powdered erythritol
1 cup ice cubes
2 oz. white rum
2 oz. club soda

DIRECTIONS

READY IN: 5 MINUTES

Add the mint leaves to your glass and muddle them using a muddler or the handle of a kitchen utensil.

Add in the lime juice, powdered erythritol and ice cubes.

Pour in the white rum and club soda. Stir to incorporate everything and garnish with more mint or a lime wedge. Enjoy!
