premium Vodka | 4 oZ

Fresh Lime Juice | 1 OZ

Diet Ginger Ale | 8 OZ

Ginger, Sliced & Peeled | 1/2 cup

Water | 2 Cups

READY IN: 3 HOURS

1. Combine ginger, water & sweetener in a saucepan.

2. Bring the combination to a boil over high heat. then Lower the heat to medium & simmer for About 10 minutes.

3.Let the Combination Cool for 1 hour, then strain & store it in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 Hours.

4. Combine vodka, lime juice, ginger syrup (the combination in steps 1-3) and ginger ale in a pitcher. Stir well.

5. Pour over ice and garnish with mint.
