INGREDIENTS

Ground Sausage | 12 OZ

Bell Peppers | 2

Eggs | 12

Sour Cream  | 1 Cup

Pink Himalayan Salt | 1 TSP

Black Pepper | 1 TSP

Butter | 2 TSP

Shredded Cheddar | 2 OZ

DIRECTIONS

READY IN: 40 MINUTES

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Put your eggs into a blender, add in sour cream, salt, and the pepper. Blend for 45 seconds.
  3. Heat butter on a skillet at medium heat. 
  4. Slice the bell peppers into strips. Add them to the skillet. Sauté until browned. Remove the peppers from the skillet.
  5. Add in the sausage & stir, breaking up the meat until browned. Add the pepper strips over it, evenly distributed. Pour the egg mix over everything.  
  6. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the frittata as soon as you take it out of the oven so it melts.
