Golden Flax Seed Meal | 3/4 Cup

Salt | 1 TBSP

Backing Powder | 1 TBSP

Swerve | 1/3 cup

Eggs | 2

Cream | 2 TBSP

Vanilla Extract | 1/2 TBSP

Stevia Extract | 1/4 TBSP

DIRECTIONS

READY IN: 45 MINUTES

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking pan with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flax seed meal, sweetener, baking powder and salt. Add in the eggs, cream, vanilla extract, and stevia extract. Mix until dough comes together.
  3. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Place dough onto prepared baking pan and form into a (rough) rectangle, one inch thick (it should be about 6×8 inches).
  5. Cut into six even squares. Then cut each square diagonally into two triangles.
  6. Separate & lift the scones. Place them around the pan, leaving about one inch between them.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
