Golden Flax Seed Meal | 3/4 Cup
Salt | 1 TBSP
Backing Powder | 1 TBSP
Swerve | 1/3 cup
Eggs | 2
Cream | 2 TBSP
Vanilla Extract | 1/2 TBSP
Stevia Extract | 1/4 TBSP
Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips | 1/3 Cup
DIRECTIONS
READY IN: 45 MINUTES
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking pan with parchment or wax paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flax seed meal, sweetener, baking powder and salt. Add in the eggs, cream, vanilla extract, and stevia extract. Mix until dough comes together.
- Then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Place dough onto prepared baking pan and form into a (rough) rectangle, one inch thick (it should be about 6×8 inches).
- Cut into six even squares. Then cut each square diagonally into two triangles.
- Separate & lift the scones. Place them around the pan, leaving about one inch between them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
