Broccoli Florets | 4 OZ

Ground Beef | 5 OZ

Coconut Oil | 1/2 OZ

DIRECTIONS

READY IN: 20 MINUTES

  1. cut the Broccoli into small florets.
  2. heat A Third of the Coconut Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. While Adding in the ground beef to the frying pan, Set your stove to high and brown the meat. To taste, season with Salt and Pepper. 
  4. Over medium heat, Add in the broccoli and a third of the coconut oil, lightly stir everything for 4 minutes  
  5. peaches, and strawberries, if desired.
  6. Top with the rest of the coconut oil and serve while still hot, let it cool for one minute before hand though.
