Beef Short Ribs – Cut Crosswise | 4 LBS
Coconut Oil | 2 TBSP
Beef Broth | 1 Cup
Onions – Chopped | 1 1/2 Cup
Worcestershire Source | 1 TBSP
Minced Garlic | 3 Cloves
Tomato Paste | 2 TBSP
Red Wine | 1 1/2 Cup
DIRECTIONS
READY IN: 4 Hours & 20 MINUTES
- Over medium heat, pour the oil in a skillet. Season one side of the short ribs generously with salt and pepper.
- Place one half of the ribs, seasoned side down onto the skillet & brown.
- Season the top of the ribs in the skillet with salt and pepper. Flip once the bottom is browned. Remove and set aside while browning the rest of the meat.
- Add the beef broth into the slow cooker and place short ribs into crock pot.
- To the same skillet, add all your remaining ingredients & bring it to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Pour this over the ribs in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.
