1) Brown the beef in Instant Pot on the “sauté” setting.
2)Stir in the onion flakes, garlic, chili powder, cumin, diced tomatoes, broth, and salt & pepper to taste.
3) Cover the Instant Pot and cook on “soup” setting for 5 minutes.
4) When the time is up, open and allow pot to sit with valve closed to depressurize for ten minutes before opening vent valve and removing lid. Add in cream cheese and cheese.
